Lipi In the 1940s-1960s

What can I say? I made a course of drawing with the 60s style and i loved it since my inspiration is marked from the 90s Cartoon Network, and those cartoons were strongly influenced by Hanna-Barbera and UPA (United Productions of America) cartoons with an abstract design, named Modern Cartoon.

And I love studying this. Ahhhhhh… enjoy my oldie version. On my IG you can find free screenshots for your phones 🙂

And thank you Disney because in the 1940s some artists left the studio in the middle of a strike to create the UPA to have fun and explore with their character designs, (I’m not going to explain this here) and thanks also to the TV because it made the animation studios to rush completing the deadlines of the episodes ASAP, they had to produce, produce and produce (but with good quality, muaaaa!) for the mass media since the television was brand new back then and they wouldn’t spend time creating complicated styles like the perfectionism of Walt Disney animations.

Well, I will post some of the mockups I’ve done because I did a loooooooooooooooooooooooooooot!!!!!
